Sand

The silica sand that we use for redsport courts guarrantees the settlement of the technical grass on the playing surface.

The objective is to ensure the stability of the grass, offer the best playing conditions and provide quick and safe movement to give the player the perfect reaction reaction and bounce of the ball.

The recommended sand capacity for each padel court ranges between 4,400 and 6,614 lbs of silica, depending on its grain size (ranges between 0.3-0.8 mm) and type of turf on which it is applied. Silica sand covers another need in terms of maintenance, since it prevents the accumulation of moisture and the proliferation of harmful fungi.
