Redsport-ML series panoramic court
Designed with the help and collaboration of Miguel Lamperti, this is innovative court as it uses monofilament grass and high quality led lighting outside the playing area, this all yet again help to enhance the playing experience.
Tech characteristics Redsport pro series courts:
100x50x2 mm galvanised polyester coated pillars, these are inserted into reinforced anchor plates on the corners.
2. CORNER ANCHOR PLATES
Anchoring plate measuring 425x425x10 mm, these are galvanised and lacquered using polyester, laser cut with openings to insert the pillar, 6 M16 stiffened bolts to ensure a proper anchorage.
3. PILLARS INSERTED
Laser cut anchor plates ensuring maximum stability.
4. ANCHOR PLATE
220x170x10 mm galvanised lacquered polyester anchor plate, laser cut with an opening to insert pillar, 4 M16 reinforced bolts ensuring maximum stability.
5. MESH SCREEN INSERTED
Wire mesh covering the whole structure measuring 50x50x4 mm, galvanised and lacquered in polyester, inserted using a special punching system in the perimeter frames hiding any rough edges or tool marks.
6. PANORAMIC SIDE PANEL
Pillarless panoramic side panels measuring 3mt with associated support system.
7. PANORAMIC BACKGROUND
Panel measuring 10m, covering a perimeter of 120x 80x 4 mm and securely anchored using epoxy resin every 2mt to the ground.
8. EXTENDED OUTDOOR LIGHTING POLE
100x50 pillar which can be extended up to 6m using a special insert, which does not obstruct the playing area.

Made to measure 80x80 camouflaged tensor pillar , net made using 45x45mm polypropylene professional mesh.
12mm tempered glass panels manufactured to DIN 1429 standard, sealed and fixed By low visibility stainless steal screws using a neoprene gasket both on the upper and lower part, secured to the structure using 2mm brackets.
Latest generation lawn playing surface made of polyethylene monofilament, 12mm high, filled with a 0.4-0.8 silica aggregate.
